@presto117: Wait, there's stealth sections? Maybe I ought to use my Hallowed item.
@presto117: Wait, there's stealth sections? Maybe I ought to use my Hallowed item.
@Batman: It is, I still play mine all the time.
@dracosummoner: I figure my Latin isn't much better, so I can't judge. Plus, it's magic Latin. I thought I saw another fire spell on the list that sounded more flamethrower than incendio, but yea, fire for rapid damage, not firing every pain center in their body.
@Zippi: I got that Charr concept art shirt they had a while ago, it's pretty sweet.
@dracosummoner: Spell grammar isn't always correct in the books, and I think the best solution for rapid damage would be one of the flamethrowerish spells.
@dracosummoner: I like all of these, they just need to replace Crutiatus with something else, there has to be some kind of a beamy spell, maybe something like the pulse rifle from Unreal Tournament?
@B-Money: Yeah, I was kinda dancing around that point because it gets fuzzy to define, especially in this sort of a forum.
@Stormwaker101: GRENTH CALLS!
@dracosummoner: Some kind of overheat is what I'd assumed they were going to to, not sure what, but that seems like the best way. I have an image of a universal cooldown for the overheating, like the big explodey spell might overheat after two shots, but you could explodey once, then 3 stupefies before exhaustion and…
@B-Money: Yeah, but there's a lot in there that wasn't written til post Moses. It wasn't written in order, or written immediately as it occurred.
@Phaz: I hope it's confirmed. I want an undead army!
@pandafresh: It's a far different game from WoW. Guild Wars required a bit more creative thinking in how you were going to set up your skills, due to the limited bar, but it didn't have as much of the 'World' that World of Warcraft had. It felt more like a game, than a second reality, and that's why I loved it.
@Jonn: I think it's been written as an intro to the world. So if you've played through all of the series you can be all "OOH! I was there!" but it still informs new folks of what's going on.
@wanion: Also, I think their mom was just caught in the splash damage of the smiting.
@wanion: Oh, yeah, it was pretty much a wrist slap, and there's a passage in Psalms "Blessed are those who take your babies and bash them against the rocks." The point is, you can justify anything with anything and people do.
@Koda89: Well, a bit. But the point is that the authors knew they were writing fictitious legends. It doesn't get historical until Abraham, but even then centuries of oral traditions had blurred fact and storytelling to the point where it didn't matter where one began and ended, the story was the important thing.
@B-Money: Well, Moses, after Moses, there's a lot in there that was written way after Moses.
@dracosummoner: I approve. I'm really annoyed at this design choice
@Covenant: I'm not going to use it. Stupefy all the way.
@Absoooooooool: I was going to look that up. It didn't seem like the right part of the bible for Nerd condemning.
