In my case, I make comic books. Without a publisher who had good distribution, my top selling comics sold copies in the double-digits, despite my best promotional efforts online and at conventions. With the help of a publisher who took a percentage of my sales*, I sold thousands of comics. It was exponentially more.

The initial article (written by Rachel) doesn’t say that she was threatened with arrest if she left the hotel. She says that the she didn’t have any alternative transportation to the airport, and the hotel wouldn’t let her use their cars to take her to it (Neff, for example, had already been taken in one of the hotel

The guy said he was being paid $1650/m. That’s not even close to $60k a year.

I took the $60k a year to be everything he earned: salary, sponsorships, and other income.

The fact that this is a story is exhausting.

People do and wear and say stupid shit at weddings and celebratory parties. Not everything is a political statement, and not every association and relationship you have with a person is a tacit promotion and acceptance of their political beliefs.

Syndney is a grown woman, and

Honestly, my interpretation is that Pheromosa is just a hard-to-please bitch and Versus’ frustration is that no matter what he does, she’s never satisfied.

1. But would a reasonable person know what elements are real or not without knowing the underlying story? Does using Anna, Neff’s, and Rachel’s real information invalidate the fictional aspects of the portrayal, or do the fictional aspects of the portrayal invalidate the real aspects? The law is a bit muddled (because

I honestly think that she thought, in this day and age with instant communication and round-the-clock focus on every little thing, that the Monarchy wouldn’t dare act like a bunch of racist asshats towards one of (if not the) first black people to be a member of the Royal Family, for fear of turning everybody against

Thank you for the kind reply.

I had a much longer reply that ended up getting Borked due to my Chrome crashing, but I’ll shorten it up.

1. Usage of the real name of Rachel, her employer, and etc., can be mitigated by the existence of the other fictionalized portrayals of characters.

That’s all well and good, but it ignores the reality that simply renting a place isn’t as easy as walking in and saying, “Hey I want this,” as I’m sure you and your partner know.

If anything, I wouldn’t be surprised that due to their age and rather inconsistent and relatively low income (before the sponsorships,

Letting someone else keep 85% to 95% is not always a bad deal. Getting 5% to 15% of profits from Amazon or Google or Facebook would be a great deal worth a lot of money. In my opinion, it’s not the percentages that are important. It’s the net profit.

Maybe I’m naive (or just work in an industry where this simply isn’t a thing), but why on Earth would anyone sign up for an organization that has a contract where they organization would take 85-95% of any earnings from sponsorship deals? As far as I know, most of the money these streamers make is from sponsorships

It’s possible to have empathy for her in this situation (being verbally abused online by trolls), but absolutely no sympathy for the situation as a whole (getting hoodwinked and voluntarily doubling-down on generalized stupidity by stealing from your employer).

It’s easy to convince yourself of things that aren’t true

Not that I’m from New York, but I’m a dancer, and there’s another important name you forgot: Shabba Doo.

Same reason why Flo-Jo ran with big hair and long fingernails, which undoubtedly didn’t help her run faster (and problem slowed her down considering the aerodynamics):

Because she can.

Someone clearly doesn’t understand how fiscal years work.

The entire period when he was with Marla was, business-wise, his lowest point also.

He was flying high with Ivana, and he reemerged with popularity with Melania when The Apprentice was on air, so considering that his major bankruptcies and failures came during his time with Marla, it’s clear he associates her (along

I wouldn’t be surprised if they went with this design out of sheer efficiency.

Not to mention, many of those cars had designed elements that served specific functions due to having an internal combustion engine mounted in a certain way. Those same elements would either be superfluous or detrimental on an all-electric

Ten years later, Dodge gives us the Hellcat. 7/10ths of the Veyron’s power, at 5/100ths of the Veyron’s price. Everybody and their mother could get one, and if you live in Florida, it seemed like everybody and their mother already has one.

This is true about Japan, but you also can’t discount that Japanese people also have two things that most countries don’t: a higher than normal average life expectancy, and a very generous banking and loan industry that made/makes it easier for people to invest in homeownership (but which also led to a liquidity trap).

BTW, can anybody believe Rhea Seehorn is freaking 50 years old????
