I agree. Are those two examples worth the cost of building and maintaining a fleet of aircraft carriers? Would the money better be spent on thinks like, I don’t know, long range, high endurance drones.

Why can’t both articles be true? They are pointless to the U.S. since we have over 800 bases overseas. The are very easy to sink and they haven’t been used since WWII.
