Look, 30FPS doesn’t bother me in the slightest, but people who argue that it’s “cinematic” are just grasping at straws.

That’s what the people who really buy into the Glorious PC Master Race meme end up doing: Complaining that they have amazing computers that could rival anything in the NASA and MIT, yet evul softwar companis won’t let them use them well because what’s this 30FPS shit.

this is a good precedent for other game devs to learn from, the scene is just amazing, all of it.

First and foremost, I loved this scene. So So much. I texted so many friends about it, but it makes a question arise. They are playing a PS1 and then a chapter or two later Nathan uses a flip phone that looks like a Razor or something. Is this not set in modern times?
