This direct put Arms on my radar for sure. It looks much more fun after getting all of that information thrown at me. The local play options are really interesting.

The game is the result of, to me, SO MUCH PLAYTESTING... but at the same time it’s far from balanced. But the lack of balance is what makes good teams better and bad teams lose quickly.

Cards plus items you can buy while playing each match to further bolster different aspects (like dealing more damage against shields, taking less damage from direct attacks, moving faster, or reducing enemy healing ability). The game feels much deeper than Overwatch because of those two aspects.

The recent change to make all daily and bi-daily challenges available in either PvP or PvAI has really increased the replay value. Hand of Fate was also a kickstarter game and did well enough to also make its way to at least the xbox (I’d assume also the ps4) and be a games with gold game.
