I lived near there for undergrad/lawschool. It gets hit ALL the time; almost predominately by out-of-state drivers. I have no clue why/how this keeps happening — there are signs and flashing lights that turn on when a truck is "oversized" 100/50/and 20 yards away from the damn thing.

Dammit, now I have to go watch Top Gun; it's impossible to hear the music and not stop whatever you're doing immediately and watch it. I even have an emergency copy of it in my car for exactly such occasions.

If you want to go on that form of logic, quit driving on the wrong side of the road!
