Does anyone know what the deal with practice is? NBCSN was promising "all sessions" to be broadcast this season. They only put FP1/2 up this week and, from what I can tell, they're only broadcasting one session next week for Malaysia; the tv programing just says "practice" and makes no mention of the session time.

Only active doubles were banned; lotus has a passive one. The sides on the main duct take in air that is routed upwards stalling the rear wing once a certain speed is reached. http://www.formula1.com/news/technical…

Anyone have more info on how lotus passive Double DRS is coming along? I dont think i've seen any of the ducts open for it in photos of testing or any of the practice/quali/race from Melbourne?

I've adjusted my f1 recordings to all be +1hr from now on and I'll adjust the race to +2 hours recording (covers the 4 hour rule). Also does anyone know what the deal with practice is? Sweet baby Jesus, thank you! I can unrecord the MLS event; can't be good having something like that on my DVR...

Bah, I have to set mls soccer to record and pray that NBC pushes F1 coverage over that crap...

After a couple of hours of yard/garden work, I think to myself, "I'm gonna go have some breakfast and watch qualifying." WRONG there was rain and only Q1 got recorded... I had been extremely hesitant to get on the internet/especially jalopnik because I figured when NBC reaired qauli before the race that they'd edit

Since it's an alfa pressure will be low and temp way too high — why bother with a gauge haha!

So Ford takes the AM's grille and now just every other styling angle as well?

It's also a little surprising that the de Portago crash in the '57 Mille Miglia wasn't on this list.

What a cool story. This track looks like it was amazing when it was in shape — oh, my, the elevation change!

I'm just in no way, shape, or form in love with this car the way I was and am with the F1.

How was the von tripps/jim clark incident at Monza in '61 not on this list?

Good googamooga, it's GREAT to be racing again... Now it's just counting the days until March 17 in Australia!

this reminds me of James may's truck in the lorry special.

Plus a the Piquet. Yes, it was an optional extra but reasonably priced given all that came with it I should think.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't find the turbo s to be special enough of a car to feel bad for it — especially not a new one. My next door neighbor and two houses down across the street have one. Had it been a 959, '79 930, or hell even a 965/993 turbo (clearly the best body) then I would have felt bad for the car

My '91 164s has the same thing — the 164q doesn't, though. :(
