It's okay. It's a sad, sad, sad, sad, sad topic, and it deserves all of those sads, sadly.

You could be an incredibly intelligent and selfless person who has zero dollars and little-to-no baggage and bag a "hot young thang" but those are few and far in between. You also have to be the type of person that does not GENUINELY realize how amazing they are.

Now playing

Dont forget the best option for a new pet is adoption...

Sounds to me like it's working out for you, some of us would pay good money for that.

"Needs more Schmiddy" will now be my solution for every problem that arises today.

But it just never rang as a love affair so much as a direct to marriage-of-convenience relationship, y'know? If anything, I think he sensed her vulnerability.

Not only was Swanson a pioneer and genuine badass, she did not just shrivel up and die when her career did. She started businesses, married princes, beat cancer and generally lived the livin shit out of her life.

Agreed.

DUMBASS:

Good job ABC, you proved NOTHING because you're stupid. Why didn't they get similarly-faced women get the same haircut?

I can see how a guy who says this kind of thing would benefit from being able to run really fast.

But men can be moody, too. Its not just a woman thing, which is what Drew is implying. We're all humans. We're all in a glass case of emotions.

Excuse me? Don't go dragging the Legend of Zelda into this, thank you very much.

I don't really understand what experiencing sexism has to do with being or not being a good role model? You can be a good role model and still be a victim of sexism and harassment. And while some things have gotten better, you keep referring to how bad it was "back then". Sexism and sexual harassment still exist in

That's assuming that women don't deal with sexism today which is totally untrue. Plenty of women still deal with sexual harassment and BS on the job and in their private lives. The writers have said that some of the worst sexual harassment in the show has been taken from the writers' own experiences in the last couple

As a member of Gen X allow me to say we are OK. Not all of us...but most of us. We were supposed to be the slacker, first-generation-to-not-do-as-well-as-their-parents kids but I think we are doing pretty well.

The only rewards we saw for working hard were having no family time, no time to relax, deteriorating health and shoddy mental health. And we decided we weren't having any of that in life.

I feel like the whole "Millenials are SOOOOOOOO entitled" argument comes down to older generations wanting to piss on our leg and tell us it's raining, because after all, they were gullible enough to believe it, so why shouldn't we be? Damned entitled whippersnappers.

I have a ton of respect for the Greatest

Yeah, but was it just about what they want? Because I want to have nice things and not have to work very hard.
