It doesn't help the women's chances to win when the judges suddenly start critiquing after the first female performed and the men received no criticism at all. That was really perturbing and totally unfair. I'm not saying the critiques weren't valid, but it made it appear that the girls were inferior to the boys.

Sometimes it's worth watching a show with closed captioning on to get correct spelling. The closed captioning on this show is so good you get original and missing dialogue that is in perfect sync with the audio track.

The show has certainly improved since Naren Shankar and Sarah Goldfinger have been added to the producer mix. The series shows marked improvement each week.
