Same for female vs. male Hawke in DA2!

Obvious troll is obvious.
"how many women do you think actually even played mass effect, I would guess it's less than 1% of folks that bought the game."
Actually, he's barely mentioned in the Old Testament.
Well...yes, because you ARE privileged if you are tall, skinny and white.
Some things just...ARE! And they are wonderful!
Actually, I'm waiting for the smug vegan/vegetarian crowd to be all over this one!
Meh, I'll probably get breast cancer anyway because I refuse to give up my antiperspirant deodorant despite it being super carcinogenic and because of bacon, obvs. My red meat intake is the least of my worries living in Germany, land of processed meats.
They've really earned it after all that exhausting holiday-ing in Italy and Ireland!
"Nowadays militias and paramilitary groups actually use rape as a weapon of war." Um...this has always been done in war - always.
I don't think you read what I wrote. Again, activism by its very definition tries to stir others into action - by raising awareness, by making noise.
Jolie is an activist - the very nature of activism is that you try to raise public awareness. You don't do quiet charity work, you make some noise for the cause (or causes, in Jolie's case), by showing up, by giving speeches, by travelling to places and bringing the press with you so that they will publish articles…
Kissing your brother on the mouth in public is hardly the same as raping underaged girls!
I wrote part of my dissertation on C.S. Lewis and hate him and his writing on Christianity with a deep, burning passion, BUT I bawled my eyes out watching Shadowlands despite knowing that it was totally inaccurate, bawwww.
I could't agree more! As a German, that struck me as the very last place where I'd want to have my first kiss with my sweetheart - but I guess I've just never known "true love" then, eye roll.
Yep. And it's awkward as fuck in the book too, not just the movie. That scene made me finally give up on trying desperately to like the book and just laugh hysterically at how contrived the whole thing was. Defo gonna pass on the movie.
Well, my parents were born in 1945 and 46 respectively, so they are 68 years old, going on 69. My grandmother and grandfather (my mum's parents) were both teenagers when WW2 started (19 and early 20s when my parents were born, respectively). So I'm actually not that young, it's just that WW2 is actually already quite…
Um, yes...exactly my point. You were the one implying your generation has it harder, not me.
Every generation thinks it has it "harder." My grandparents were teenagers during WW2, I'm pretty sure they had it harder than you or me combined.
The Proposal was big?!? I would have said Gravity, Blindside and Speed, maybe Miss Congeniality too. The Proposal wasn't even in movie theatres in NZ and Germany, went straight to DVD.
