So let’s just get this on record.

We’ve NOT been at war for only a handful of the 230 years we’ve been a nation. That’s already about as normalized as it can get.

Clearly you’ve made a special trip to a predominantly black-targeted website. Therefore, the very least you could do would be to have at least a minimal semblance of how that target audience defines what is and isn’t a racist. Otherwise, you tend to come across as arrogant, privileged and oblivious.

Civility is for white people because we are philosophically still a segregated society.

One of the unspoken key ingredients is that so-called white people (as they were originally defined, mind you) are down to less than 9% of the world’s total population. The lie of white supremacy is no where close to being sustainable for very much longer at that low of a percentage.

Like POC being mostly barred from TV and movies for the first 100 years of their existence, those perceptions of things not changing are also being intentionally helped along in a million other subtle and insidious ways in a still white supremacist society.
