I assume they get paid REALLY well for their services.

How would Kaetenay have actually handled such a situation? He may be a mystic and a warrior, but you think those two cowboys would have gived a damn? Any violence on his part against those two would not be tolerated, unlike possibly violence from the rich White guy.

We have John Logan to thank for all the writing in the show.

That reveal at the end was one of first true surprises this show has ever had for me, and its great. I also liked how The Creature was happy for Vanessa when he saw she had a friend. Its going to be interesting to see what happens to that relationship, which was so warm last season, as both sides come to learn what

Is there a consistently good comic book show besides iZombie?

AC was the only Marvel TV show that embraced comic book lightness it seems - there is nothing "goofy" about the Netflix shows, and they seem to be adored…oh, and when AoS was considered comic goofy is also the time when everyone ripped into it.

The Marvel universe has enough stories for many TV shows.

Netflix decides which shows to pay for. Guess the folks at Netflix think having AoS is more important for their bottom line.

People who still call the character Skye are not to be trusted in my book.

That joke is so 130 comments ago….

Winter Soldier is what held the show back as well - the show got picked up before the script for CA;WS was done, and then all of a sudden, SHIELD is now slated for destruction, so any original plans for the show had to be scrapped and they had to incorporate the story of the movie. The way they did it was great, but

"defense"? I think ratings are a piss poor way to rate shows. I love The Americans, iZombie, Penny Dreadful, and a number of shows that are total ratings flops compared to even Dr. Ken, and I can't stomach the ratings leaders like Modern Family, Empire, or good help us, The Big Bang Theory.

I like AoS but I wanted this show to happen - as it could have been used to tell a number of minor but still fun Marvel stories.

its average ratings were worse that AoS, and the total drop in ratings and viewers from last season was more severe as well.

Huh, because a format based around getting people to watch ads that competes with formats in which people can ignore ads is in generally serious trouble long term?

ABC had 25 scripted shows this year - AoS has come in 13th in that list in average live ratings, so 12 ABC shows did better, and 12 did worse.

Their whole slate of "Chicago" shows is doing very well ratings wise - even Blindspot, which I thought would do terribly, is doing well.

No, I am talking about what constitutes the big 'heroic' action in a story - defeating the great antagonist constitutes that. I am arguing that having a secondary character that became a semi-antagonist be the solution to the entire main problem that our heroes have faced this second half of the season undermines the

We are talking about a story and the structure of the story here…which obviously is not getting through….

Except that last season they needed to use that episode to build a conflict that had been a possibility all season but hadn't coalesced until then - this season, who the bad guy going into the finale would be has been clear since the mid-season break.
