Even the Royal Family in the comics is mostly normal looking - Black Bolt, Crystal, and Medusa look totally normal. Gorgon has the goat legs, with Triton and Lockjaw being the two most out there looking ones. And the most popular new Inhuman character, Kamala Khan, looks normal as well.
