I feel it is incumbent to add that Upgrade’s Logan Marshall Green is a dead ringer for Tom Hardy.

Have you seen Leigh Whanell’s “Upgrade”? I saw that first and only decided to see Venom when folks said it was basically a lesser version of Upgrade. Fairly accurate, and that made it worth a watch.

I am not quite sure whether this was done on purpose but the title seems to indicate that a Fifa player (as in someone who plays the game) has been suspended instead of a soccer/football/whatever you want to call it player who happens to be represented in Fifa due to playing for a major team.

I’m definitely here for an action/superhero show with Disney money that relies more on old fashioned stunts and practical effects than CGI.

Looks like a lot of fun. I appreciate that all of the Marvel Disney+ shows have their own tone and style, and it’ll be interesting to see if this seemingly lower stakes show works. (I’d never say I was a big fan of Hawkeye as a character, but I’ve always enjoyed Renner’s portrayal.)
