I really liked AAARTH, it felt like they were finally stepping away from trying to recreate The Big Roar and do something a bit different. Unfortunately this album feels like them going back to the usual template.

Not to defend the show, which I have similar problems with, but Mobius does mention a “magnified Nexus threshold” to explain how they could now find them in an apocalypse.

It got a B+ on this site, too. The Ground Walks... is an all-timer.

I thought I’d hate BoTW because I really didn’t like Skyrim (or Oblivion), but I think it’s my favourite game ever. Having said that, I did play through Horizon Zero Dawn this year and also loved that so maybe I just have more patience for RPGs than I did as a teenager.
