That is because it is good. Don’t let anyone tell you different.

FWD has it’s applications. My first car, a ‘99 Cadillac Seville STS with a 300hp 4.6L V8, was not one of them.

LOLOL My friend’s ‘92 Honda Accord had a few holes in the exhaust and we patched them with a self hardening putty. It lasted the drive from their place to the inspection garage, and fell off on the way home.

I just managed my first RWD car. After 3 FWD and 1 AWD. Plus, it only worked out because its a “for fun only” car (2016 ND Miata Club). The previous 4 were all for commuting.

I have tested the top speed of some of my cars, specifically:

Excuse you, my 2016 manual Miata has 6 gears and they are all very useful given it’s small amount of power. That and the fact that it doesn’t have an overdrive gear so the 1:1 6th is necessary.

Or they looked at how much the Big Dig in Boston cost and decided to be more generous in their estimate.

I’ve walked past one of these in beige, twice in the past week

I deeply dislike the steering wheel of the DB9 but as far as I’m concerned the DB9 and more specifically the DBS is one of, if not the best, looking car that Aston has ever made.

#2 I previously owned a ‘99 Cadillac Seville STS and a ‘01 Pontiac Bonneville that both had Fuel Level Sensor issues. Basically the part of the floater arm in the tank would corrode off and wouldn’t contact the sensor. Repair cost at a mechanic $200+. Buying a replacement swing arm off of a Chevy Blazer and then

I think that’s more because you’re used to it. I missed my sunroof when transitioning from my first car to my second but, in the hiatus between my third car and my 4th (when I drove many a zipcar) in most cases I didn’t even notice if the car I had rented was equipped with any kind of sun/moon/opening roof.

I am physically incapable of making an ugly car via configurator... I always start getting into making a theme or specific decisions about the relationship between colors.

I’ve had battery percentage disabled for a couple years now, and any application that provides useless notifications or leaves a badged app icon I disable it on an as needed basis. Also on my computer, Mac or PC, I have it set to automatically hide the dock/menu bar or taskbar/system tray to further reduce the ability

Makes me think back to the guys on Top Gear pronouncing the ‘

One other disclaimer you might want to add is “currently” they do not. Because as many will remember there used to be the Chrysler Aspen.

Having just bought my first car with a shorter throw shifter (a 2016 ND MX-5) I can say with certainty that I agree with you.

Not quite correct. The concern was what would happen IF the molten core came into contact with the water, not that the radioactive water would somehow boil itself and explode...

Why did my former coworker buy an XLE and then proceed to try and brag about it to me...? knowing full well that I am a “car guy”

Automation doesn’t 100% stop accidents. Sometimes it’s the infrastructure that is depended upon that causes the accident and we all know how good we are at keeping up with infrastructure maintenance.

Insert video segment of “The News” where James May is talking about how water wobbles about and doesn’t look like a road and is followed by Jeremy Clarkson mentioning “Since when did we start paying attention to a machine more than what we can see out of the windscreen”
