I wonder if its possible to use an Arduino to detect stress (like biofeedback) and shock the wearer when stress is detected.

The only spray paint I've seen so far is some by Krylon. It's "see through" reflective paint. Sounds like clear paint with flecks of reflective chips in it....I'll check it out, but it looks way weaker than the tape I already have on the bike.

First, if the purpose of fines is to punish someone, I think we can toss "fair and reasonable" out. Anything "fair and reasonable" sounds like something someone might consider (say speeding) and say "Sure...I'd pay that to speed."

The title of this article does raise an interesting idea...charging people a % of their earned yearly wealth (not just "income") as punishment for their crime.
