At Zcon 2017, I actually did see a few driver 240Zs in the judged show (which was much smaller than the 2012 show) that were much nicer than mine, but after getting my ass handed to me on the concours judging sheet in ‘12, I figured the process wasn’t worth it to me. You can really tell a driver apart from the

The secret isn’t in the judging, it’s in the category.

There will never be a better wheel for 80s and 90s cars than the BBS RS mesh.

The 85th percentile rule is correctly overriden by zoning laws.

Any dealership that hews that closely to the online script should be replaced by the online script in lieu of having people actually go through the skeevy car-buying-experience.

What you’ve got there is some good old oxidized lacquer paint, David.

That’s lacquer paint. While a claybar would be a good first step, removing the oxidation is going to take actual polish and not just wax.

That’s not a jeep getting beaten...

Sometimes you just have to roll the dice and let junior outside without the protective bubble wrap.

I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. I don’t watch live, as I’m in the states, and not crazy enough that I *need* to get up at 3AM to watch it.

My ‘92 300ZX and my ‘71 240Z are my forever cars.

That G35/350Z video above is only half the story though, because that hose on the bottom of the filter housing? That doesn’t carry oil. It carries coolant.

There are four lights!

Given how much ESPN costs every cable subscriber, I’d be surprised if Mothers had to shell out much at all.

I think that’s just about every domestic car from between ~1985 and ~1996.

It sounds like any uncorked L-gata (big exhaust and triples).

I might have, but this kept the schmutz from possibly bouncing or being sucked back into the engine bay, because the exhaust is sealed from the header back to the outlet.

I had a problem sort of like this when I was adding Webers to my 240Z.

Because you’re never the owner of a 10mm, you’re only its temporary steward.

My Z32 has consumed 3 of my 10mm sockets and one stubby wrench.
