It seems like parking anything on a road or trail should require markers like lights or flares. Pay the man.

I was expecting the Daft Punk song, I  guess "around the world" is a popular title like Disappointed

The Humber Super Snipe in The Teardrop Explodes "Colours Fly Away" video just because it's such an odd choice

BaT appears to have devolved from a useful place to buy and sell project cars into an entertainment site where we watch ridiculous bids

I was intrigued but I also have a packet of Knorr Currywurst sauce mix that probably tastes the same

That’s reasonable, a well built chopper is art, just like a good low rider. I would say a chopper built by a professional is valid if their reputation is based on the product rather than TV drama

Curbside Classics describes that interior color as “bordello red" which sounds a little classier and harks to its popularity during the Brougham Era. This would fit right in at CC as a clean survivor at a reasonable price

I thought the only Stonehenge replica in the US was the full size on off SR14 near Maryhill Washington.  This place is a non starter for because it's on the Island and I would be happy if I never set foot again in NY

This why the only modified motorcycles I like are Cafe Racers and Streetfighters. Choppers and cruisers leave me cold apart from classic bobbers that are performance than looks

Standard urban train design is to have a locked cab door and a lock on the controls. In some cases the reverser has a removable handle in additionto the lock. So either someone got careless and left the keys in, or they defeated two locks.

I didn't say it was cheap, just that it isn't completely unobtanium

A good crop today. The Goldwing can go far and fast. I’ve ridden one that vintage and it felt comfortable where a Harley Road King didn’t. The Volvo feels overpriced but I guess that’s what they cost now. As for the four wheeled Honda, Hit That Perfect Beat

ND because it’s a very Jalop kind of car and anything missing or damaged is either 1940s Plymouth and findable or shop made and easily replicated. Plus you can stash a period split cane fishing rod in the storage tube and a tackle box in the bed for a cool car show display.

That has the same aesthetic as a Sheikh’s hunting car, minus the elevating seat, which makes sense since Jankel’s main business was converting Arab petrodollars into overblown Range Rovers.

The thing with the Spitfire, and most other popular BL cars is that there is a semi-official parts supplier with access to technical data and tooling (HeritageParts). Fisker Ocean owners are twisting in the wind, dependent on parts cars and tribal knowledge.

As with classic cars, all you need is money and one good windshield because Pilkington will fabricate from a sample with IIRC a minimum order of three

This is actually third time unlucky since Fisker Coachbuild also went bust after making a few reskinned Mercedes SLs.

This is both ridiculous and completely on brand. My 22 year old F150 is rated for 500lbs tongue weight and 8000lbs trailer weight.  Heck the dinky little 1 1/4" receiver on my car is good for 200lbs.

Typical Tesla “engineering” a slapped together half ass solution that is neither obvious nor well documented, and completely unnecessary if they had done it right in the first place.

“Number 6 is unmutual!”
