hard pass, that’s stupid money for a gussied up army truck when I can get a good used 300GD for$20-30k and have a more authentic interior and decent acceleration from a turbocharged engine, heck I’ve seen a really nice 280GE that out styles these tech bro toys.

The only successful airplane sleep hack I know is laying on the floor in an empty row. My mom used to do that in the 80s in bulkhead rows. I doubt you’ll find a sufficiently empty plane to do it now.

Agreed, but stupid skews heavily teenaged

ND the Passat W8 is PCH that only Mercedes Streeter would love

There is a possibility this is an edge case where the sensors don't handle overhanging wall but this is probably operator error.

1st gear: Ford has a lot of pickup and SUV profits to subsidize EV development, overall they are doing fine.

Stuff like this teen derailing a train and another teen starting the Eagle Creek Fire by shooting of a Roman Candle during a burn ban is why proposals to lower the voting age to 16 are insane. I question why the minimum driving age isn't raised to 18, should we trust people who do this with a Tesla Model S Plaid?

My recollection is that the 4+3 was the one with the solenoid operated pin in the shif gate to force skip shifts. I'm less harsh on the late C3 because of its swoopy looks

Reluctant NP, because at that price you can run it until the Northstar blows up, which it will.

I guess Hagerty was right and GMT400 prices are taking off. Granted it looks either low mileage or restored but usable trucks can be still be had for $3-5000.

I'll nominate the 1984 Corvette.  Punishing ride, flaccid TBI 350, and a weird manual that forced skip shifts for fuel economy.  While the C4 redeemed itself with better suspension,  better engines and a normal 5 speed the debut model was terrible.

I think that this was always a sporty car rather than a sports car. Think of it as a downsized 57 Thunderbird and not an alternative Miata

My mom is only 83 but just donated her car. It will be fine, she lived in a small city and walked for years and lives in assisted living with more social interaction than when she lived in a condo. I'm more worried about my in-laws who live in a house full of stairs.

That's possibly stupider than the the kid who shot a Roman candle into a ravine and started the Eagle Creek Fire. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eagle_Creek_Fire?wprov=sfla1

It probably looked great in the renderings.

Nice bike not so nice price. I rode one in 1991 and it was great fun but cramped and I had just bought an old BMW so I had neither $ nor space. They sold poorly when new but have a following.

I’ve ridden a touring model and apart from having to forget everything you know about riding a motorcycle they are fun and ideal for anyone who has issues with riding a two wheeler. The Spyder or Ryker are way more sensible than both conventional trikes and the Polaris Slingshot style 3 wheeler. In my experience the

That's not a bug it's a feature. Being attention getting and controversial is the whole point of the Cybertruck and the CyberCucks who buy them are either doing it to flaunt wealth or show fealty to Lord Elon. If you really want an electric pickup,  Rivian and Ford do it better than the wank panzer ever will, but they

Nothing says community friendly policing like an ugly angular armored personnel carrier wannabe. Of course the cops want an aggressive looking vehicle for "community engagement" and are all over the wank panzer. I bet they put Punisher skulls and thin blue line flags on it if they get one.

The Maverick conversion uses the electronic T handle shifter from an F150. They are plug compatible so you just need to trim the faceplate. No mechanical hacking or holes in the floor required.
