Pretty good for a,driving around and hauling medium sized stuff truck, over optimistic for towing stuff. The 7500lb tow rating leaves that little engine flat out everywhere unlike my old F150 which only needs major throttle on hills. Also that 5' bed seems meager.

The CyberCucks are nonstop comedy. My 20 year old 2WD truck could do that water crossing without breaking stuff.

It depends on the 5.4. The early 2 valve is Car Wizard approved if you repair damaged spark plug threads with solid inserts and torque the plugs to 20 ft-lbs. The 3 valve and 4 valve engines are the disasters.

If you cut it in half you get a decent engine. The slant 4 was the basis of the Dolomite Sprint engine and the Saab 99 Turbo, plus reasonably tough base model engines.

1. the AMG M Class is,a flawed concept, supermotards are the only successful application of sticky low profile street tires on an off road vehicle.

I think it’s time to bring back Project Car He’ll. This looks even more scary than a Citroën SM with leaky hydraulics and a bad timing belt.

Then you will appreciate the joke "why did G-d  create WASPs? So someone would pay retail "

A good mechanic or a fresh banger are your fallback positions. Part of the strategy is cut your losses if something difficult or expensive fails.

This proves the wisdom of bangernomics as long as you have space and resources for 2 or more cheap cars and supply of replacements when they break beyond repair. The problem is you have to be willing to drive an old vehicle and have a backup if it breaks. I have one good car from 2017 and two early oughts vehicles so

My sample set is Oregon East of the Cascades where they mostly act like they have work to do. The Midwest is almost another country so your observation is valid

On the positive side, an 83 means K-Jetronic with an O2 sensor instead of Digifant and decent performance.  Mom had an 82 convertible and I had an 84 Jetta so I'm very familiar with these. The minus side is triple white Valley Girl color scheme and a damaged top. NP at $5000 ND at this price. I like them but in an

I will stand by my belief Apple bailed because they couldn’t make a car with one button and a click wheel

Yes, I forgot to mention that.

Knowing New York city gun laws, the guy with the gun was a bad guy with a gun who was being stupider than average. Despite  Bruen, getting a license for a gun in NYC is still only slightly less difficult than Hawaii.

Proof that the police and the DA have utterly failed in their mission. Make a mean tweet about Justin Trudeau, they send SWAT, some dude breaks into your house to steal your car, they shrug.

I was aware of the Telstar but confused it with its little brother the Ford Laser, available in the US as the Mercury Tracer. This was Mazda 323 based and initially very close the Mazda but later evolved into a Mercury badged US Escort.

This leaves the question,  did Angela Chao ever read the manual and know about the manual release and console shift? Or were psychoactive substances involved?

Lifted diesel trucks. While I have been spared the Ram Cummins serenade the past couple of weeks I’m still salty about the kid across the street revving and rumbling at all hours. Plus they tailgate and drive 20mph over the speed limit.  Oddly  farmers driving stock diesel trucks just drive without idiocy

Off-hand, does either model have a geared hub or just single speed? Also how good is the fender coverage and is it a standard seatpost? Also tire size and type, swapping out for different is important.

Belt drives don't need lube, and don't stretch.  Also no chain drop. On the other hand you need an internal geared hub, and a provision in the frame for removing the belt. Belts have two niches, city bikes and tandems (for the timing drive)
