I used to amuse myself by outrunning mopeds on my 10 speed bicycle.

NYC real estate is insane. As for zoning, all those loft buildings artists lived in the 70s were commercial space. All you need us an extra million for a lawyer to get a certificate of occupancy, and rent one of the upper floors for income.

It’s rare, historically significant and seemingly complete with minimal rust so it makes a straightforward project so NP

This is slightly less bad than the US cops caught watching porn, although significantly more dangerous since the porn addicts were parked

Malaise era GM produced tons of WTF, these are the same people who thought a Chevy Cavalier with a Cadillac badge could compete with a 3 Series BMW.

He wanted it plain like he bought it so he took the money and bought a used Prius C, which got hit and totaled and replaced by another Prius C.

I feel like this car is either a professional mechanic's new boat fund or a DIY mechanic's life-long quest that will make Bob's 850i seem a,walk in the park

Back in the early 80s a friend told a tale of woe that a sibling nixed their parents buying a VW GTI because it was two door with a manual and she wanted 4 doors and a slushbox. My reply was "refined automotive torture,  a Chevette Scooter".

My concern with modern Saabs is the computer dependency.  IIRC programming a key fob required connecting to a,computer at Trollhattan and those went offline after the bankruptcy.  I don't worry about consumables and hard parts I worry about electronics. I'd sooner have an old Saab 900 than a 9-3 for this reason

on a phone it looked like a Semi in front of a building

This should be charged as criminal negligence.  A properly secured load on a flatbed will survive the Hana Highway without shifting

Can I downvote your smooth brained car head bloviation?

I am disappointed that development of a modest and useful EV has stopped on the same day yet another massive and wasteful super luxury EV is in the news.

The Tesla Semi lead image is misleading, I immediately started researching Freightliner Cascadia prices. FWIW a day cab comparable to a Tesla semi runs about $150,000 new.
