Why does it look like the default windows 10 desktop?

“The Bitter Suite” from season 3 is probably my favorite with “Lyre, Lyre, Hearts on Fire”, one of two that haven’t made it to any streaming service, as a close second. 

No, however, I did get mad while playing a match of Black Ops way back when and punched my first smart phone accidentally. I didn’t realize it was there and hammered my hand down on the couch cushion. I hit it hard enough to put a big black spot in the middle of the screen. Oops.

Is it a midlife console refresh? Or is it an entirely new system? The reason I say that is because they seem to be intent on a 5-6 year life cycle at Nintendo these days and the Switch has entered its 4th year already. A refresh ala the PS4 Pro or XBox One X seems a bit out of character for them.
