I disagree quite a lot with your opinions when it comes to the Quicksilver vs Hawkeye death thing.

It’s true. The first step is the hardest. But if you can find your way into the office of a helpful person, then great things can sometimes follow from that. Try not to think too far into the future—just find a good person and go to the appointment.
I do it too and shop at ALDI. I live in the DC metro area. About 60% of my diet is vegetarian so I don’t spend outrageous amounts on meat. Meat is mostly chicken or cheap seafood. I also bake my own snacks like cookies, brownies, and cakes so not much is spent on that.
oh! that's another thing, I also want the ability to record gameplay footage with Steam.
I want the ability to stream gameplay from Steam to Twitch like With Origin. I also want to be able to record gameplay footage with Steam.
We did, you're just a horrible person.
First of all, it's not a copyright law issue. It's a trademark issue.
This. It's not like they want to spend money or make themselves to be the bad guy in this situation but for whatever dumb reason on the planet if you don't defend the name you use in your product, some dirtbag or dirtbags can come along and use it because you didn't defend it against this one guy and that's enough in…
They have to do this stupid shit because that's how copyrights work in the US. The US patent and copyright laws force companies to defend themselves for even unimportant stuff like this because if they don't, it opens the door for other companies to use a name, maybe even more similar than what they are attacking.
As dumb as this is, as dumb as it was with "Scrolls," as dumb as it is when other companies do it "King and "Saga," anyone?), the core issue is a messed-up copyright system that basically requires companies to do stupid stuff like this or risk losing protections.
"The BIGGESET thing that made me REALLY start hating Steam and Valve is that almost every digital storefront (including EAs Origin) has a return policy. Valve doesn't have one yet with no indication on one coming.
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, finding it so hard to care.
I've never seen the problem unless people think steam should hold a higher standard and are personally insulted that they don't. After all you're on the internet buying a digital game. The same internet that lets you look up said game to see if its any good. If you can't bother to do that then its your own damn fault.…
Can we have Sid Meier's Space Pirates?
An overview of tonight's coverage:
Modern big games games though are exponentially more complex than they used to be. In terms of code size, team size, number of features, number of assets, etc. Even without ludicrous deadlines, its a monumental task.
Old games had loads of bugs, too.
Would a player get fined for sliding like that if they didn't end it with a prayer? The answer is clearly 'yes,' so the NFL's response today is totally ass-covering, and you'd have to be naive not to realize that. I don't think you're naive, so I'm going to assume that defending your original headline and piece is the…
I think she's saying "Off the hook!" Either way, that toy is sooooo annoying I'd be looking for any excuse to shut it the hell up, too.
I'm guessing that you, either, can't be bothered reading my posts or are refusing to acknowledge my point.
