Except that in your examples those are bugs, reusing assets isn’t a bug and it certainly doesn’t need to be fixed regardless of whether you notice it or not.

Games with Gold started on 360, which were free and are still free. When it started on the One, they announced you’ll only have access to the game while you have an active Gold account. It’s been that way since it launched on X1 a year and a half ago.

I think the only monster that worked in SOMA was the giant fish. It didn’t stop you from exploring really, as it’s a fairly linear sequence, and I thought it was genuinely tense running the lights and a good oh shit moment when your robot buddy gets grabbed by it.
