They didn’t add the Sawed-off Shotgun to Point Lookout, that was already in the base Fallout 3 game. They added the Double-Barreled Shotgun, Axes, the Lever-Action Rifle, and the Microwave Emitter(which is great for Energy Weapons focused builds).
I binge watched TNG, DS9, and Voyager over the last year or two and I would almost always listen to the TNG and Voyager intros, but I would skip DS9’s almost every time. This list seems about right to me.
