Well not really, Charlie has two different super combos from Guile and a dash in SF alpha 3. and I kinda thought it was skin similar to Seth from SFIV that was used for Charlie (you know when Seth darkens when he uses certain attacks or is defeated)

It's good to see that SFV is for PC. call me a fool but I don't have a PS 4 and I don't see myself getting one, (Paid subscriptions are a fad in my opinion,) That's where the PC & Nintendo's Wii U come in, cause the internet is free on both.

There is nothing here I disagree with, Anita Sarkeesian, has a very reasonable argument here. I think I share the same ideals of females in games as she does.
