Hipster thread.
Hipster thread.
I just heard some mention this: If you are colorblind do you only get one ending? lol
Nice. Just found a nice summary of an opinion on the game:
Silent Hill: Downpour is good. Probably going to sit near the top of my list of the series. The only thing bringing it down are some irritating technical issues, which is a shame. The combat is shite as well but that has become sort of a staple for the series.
You do what you and your child liked to do together. If that means you play videogames then you play videogames.
Cracked had a list of Make-A-Wish wishes a while back. Two of them involved video games.
No matter what happens this sounds like FUN. This and the Double Fine kickstarter just want to make me smile and smile. The ideas are wacky enough and varied enough to make this interesting. I wonder who the real guy is?
IGN's review of 4.5 also clashes with the average 7 or 8 other reviewers gave it. IGN is lost in some foggy town of its own. Maybe Kotaku will do a Frankenreview after their own review comes out this week.
I just finished it today and enjoyed it quite a bit. It is certainly the best of the newer games. I would say you can add it to the classics.
Was the ending to Fallout 3 changed due to gamer feedback or was it simply what Bethesda wanted to do?
Its like propaganda targeted against certain people. You try to make them less than human so its ok to hate on them. In this case you want to make something not a game so we can all hate on it and feel good.
I just started following his Twitter yesterday. A lot of the ideas are hilarious.
It will be added to the cell phone game and arcade shooter in that we will never speak of them again.
7/10: Australian PlayStation Magazine (PS3)
Actually you are forced to use three different weapons, ending with a Shiv.
Reminder - Silent Hill: Downpour came out today too.
Same here. I couldn't decide between feeling that it was a pleasant throwback to Saren or a cop-out copy.
If this ended up being true it would backfire in the worst way imaginable. We can't let a precedent form that developers can withhold the "real" endings to their games until later.
I'm not as bothered with the Crucible, or even Shepard dying but I am bothered by being left in the dark as to what happened after the end of the game. Bioware has a history of giving closure to its games and its characters and none of that exists at the end of this epic story. Even games like Baldurs Gate 2 pulled…
Just want to thank Vojitas for giving me the link to the translated pdf of the other Witcher book of short stories called The Sword of Destiny. I'm already enjoying it as much as the first (The Last Wish).
