The biggest hiccup of all came during the final boss battle, where RAAM got stuck a couple of times on the geometry of other objects. None of this ruined the experience, but I was still surprised to find it in there at all.

Dont Worry, I got ya:
The ps4 could. The psn cannot. That’s the big issue here. The heavy lifting is being done by the network. Since live juts runs off the azure server farms now it’s little hassle fro microsoft to enable this. Sony would have to build something like that from scratch.
Right...it could. But it doesn’t. And I lied, the lousy cloud save quota also has me shaking my head at Sony. I hope this works, works well, and Sony implements it on the PS4.
The PS4 COULD do it, but is it?
On the other hand (and I say this as a proud PS4 owner with no plans to get an X1) MS can be trusted to set up a bunch of reliable servers far more than Sony can.

The XB1 is unique in that it’s the only console that is doing this kind of computing (yes, I realize it’s not the console itself doing the computing). Yes, anyone can do it. But Microsoft said they would do it, and then they did.
This is honestly the first thing that has come to light that makes me look at my PS4 and ask, “Why can’t you do that?”. I really need to see it in action, but that sounds fantastic, and something that is “next gen” other than graphics.
Author clearly hasn’t played a Halo game since Halo 3. Everything he complained about has been around for at least 5 years.
I’m more of a PS4 person myself. But I don’t think anyone was using Quantum Break to justify their console purchase. People got an Xbox because their friends were there (and/or had a lot committed to the Xbox Live ecosystem) and their other exclusives like Halo 5, Gears, getting Tomb Raider a year early, etc. I…
That is not a bullshot trailer though. That is 1:1 captured from the demo.
I was saying this before it was even shown off. I’m that in tune with the videogame world.
This same guy posted this article a couple days before this one http://www.kotaku.co.uk/2015/08/04/rem…
Everything you said is true, if he would have even wiki’d this he could have gotten all that information. It’s not like any of the things he claims halo has copied were released remotely near to the release of these games. Halo 4’s Thrusters/Jet Pack predate Titanfall and COD:AW by two years. Reach does it by 4 years.
It’s the result of everyone crying anytime a game isnt 1080p 60fps.
Adding in booster jetpacks (Titanfall, COD),
Hasn’t Halo had up-close stabby stealth kills since Reach? And as for the guns... I mean, Halo’s always featured a mix of more grounded UNSC weapons and out-there alien guns, and going by the Beta at least, and all the footage that’s come out since, that looks to continue. I particularly like the look of the new…
