15 year olds cannot legally consent to sex at all with anyone in the state of Florida. “Romeo and Juliet” laws only apply if a kid can consent at all (kinda silly now that I think about it that they’re called that when Juliet was 14 in the story, and I’m not sure if 14 year olds can consent to sex anywhere in the US).
