I feel comfortable with Netflix and I am eagerly waiting that they add games to their selection as well. Otherwise, I might have to check out Blockbuster's service.

I guess that's to counteract EA's All-Play label?

I'm on board of the hype train. Let's hope this game doesn't follow Beowolf which also borrowed God of War's button configuration and didn't know what to do with it.

I wouldn't think this would be as big as a new Mario/Zelda/Metroid/Icarus revelation since usually Nintendo hosts worldwide events for those. But yeah, an exclusive preview on already announced games (including Pikmin 3) is more likely.

I am glad GOW II turned out to be the masterpiece of the PS2 (IMO), but one always wonders if PS3 wouldn't have a better transition if God of War II would be THE game to carry the PS3 launch!

Gee, I am thinking of sewing Guitar Hero for putting the false image into people's mind that you can play guitar when in reality you can't. I am also a real guitar instructor and my business depends on people signing up for guitar lessons.

You can have a game that does one thing really-really well (MGS4) or have one that does way too many things good enough for their screen time (GTA4). They both have high scores but for different reasons. Doesn't necessarily mean one deserves the score and the other doesn't. I don't usually like GTA that much, but I

Things like this made me subscribe to Game Informer last summer. Let's hope the feature goes beyond hype and screenshots and reveals some new details on the game.

Fable II map's comment is the best, followed by the little pony one. LOL.

@nworobes: Silicon Knights is as good a developer as their last game, so the headline is appropriate.

The only issue I see with this game is that there won't be a lot of game play variety. I mean, its not like electric powers or open worlds haven't been done on countless games before it.

@Generic Pretentious Interent User: If you followed Nintendo publishing schedule, you would know that that's how Nintendo has always been. My only concern is that resources that could be used in core games like Zelda are being wasted in crap like Wii Music etc.

What I will say is that even though I am a subscriber to Netflix, I am not a Gold member and will probably never be as long as I get free online on PS3.

Sony should keep the price where it is, but bring the BC back. This would give 1 more reason to people who're sticking by their PS2s to upgrade.

All I learned from the demo is that this franchise is having an identity crisis. As such, it not worthy of $60 or day 1 purchase for me given that I only cared about the single player. But I will still buy it at some point in time since I am a fan of the series.

I like the format for the reviews (pros, cons) and I'd like to apply the same format for the previews as well. But what you listed here is pretty good.

Game looks cool in video, but if it doesn't play nearly that well, is a no go for me.

If this was done by 2 teenagers I could understand their stupidity and immaturity, but for a 27 year old to do this, he deserves what he got. I hope he becomes somebody's else girlfriend while on jail, just so that he might get the picture.

I think the magical price point that would move copies for Dead Space and Mirror's Edge is $40. Obviously cheaper = more sales, but price should be a testament to quality. I rarely buy $60 games nowadays, unless it's an absolute MUST PLAY ON DAY 1 game like God of War or Legend of Zelda. Couple that with the fact that

If this will be a side story or a parallel story of a different character even with recycled environments and enemies, then it has a higher chance of selling to the existing fans and also lower risks. But if it is a straight port, than it will most likely be too little too late (and also a no-buy for me).
