I hope the jugdge and jury are smart enough to see that videogames are irrelevant to the crime. But even if they were, that doesn't make this less of a crime, does it? This is like blaming cigarettes if a killer smokes a lot.

@dae_giovanni: Great, LOL. Now see who's using it and sue their @sses.
I wished US had a similar system for TV marketing. But then how would we keep the whole justice system fed with our money (fraud lawsuits)?
So even plastic material / composition is copy protected these days? Somebody patent H2O formula right now.
The trailer didn't really blow me, but that's probably because it was too dark / gray / brown for a God of War game. I wanted to see much brighter graphics, open environments, some Greek temple designs, and also higher-res textures. I am sure the final game would be great and will look better, but for now I am just…
I only bought LBP based on hype and high reviews. Personally I didn't find the game intriguing enough to shell out $60 at a time when my X360/PS3 libraries have doubled due to numerous simultaneous releases.
Glad to know that 2008 is the new 2006 for Square-Enix.
It would be good to actually have some hard numbers rather than just a rank.
Not even a mention of MGS4 = fail. Nods for LBP though.
This person clearly didn't value life, so I hope he starts doing that while in prison.
Let's hope they have some recent games for sale there. (Fingers crossed for Mirror's Edge.)
I love PS3, but when PS2X failed in Japan, it should've taught Sony that people would rather get a cheaper device that does one thing right, than an expensive device that does too many things but doesn't excel on anyone of them.
MGS theme is one of the best VG themes ever made, so Konami better make sure original composers are compensated (if there's any weight to their claims whatsoever) or buy the rights altogether. It would be sad if no new MGS will use that theme in the future.
I think it's time for a Hot Pursuit 3. And make that stay on development until it's really something that lives up to HP2. It should also be innovative enough to feel like a next generation HP game (not just HP2 in HD).
Looks like Brutal Legend will be this generation's Maximo. Humor appreciated.
This trailer was actually the surprise of the show for me. I expected nothing and we got a pretty cool trailer although only 0.75 sec of actual gameplay (if that). A hack 'n' slash Silent Hill type of game looks cool to me. Plus with Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, Brutal Legend, and now Dante's Inferno EA has been on a…
I know I wouldn't mind a second handheld God of War from these guys. I just hope that the story is better than that of COO, the weakest story of all GOWs made so far.
Funny, I liked Mirror's Edge a whole deal more than Dead Space. Here's a hint EA: any game that requires more than 5 minutes to make the controls feel like second nature, has to go back on the design board (Dead Space, I'm looking at you, Mirror's Edge combat sequences)
Wii Play is like selling a calculator with included batteries, but counting battery sales instead of calculator sales.
I actually like the new look. The site loads and gets browsed faster.
