@Yume1: That figures. But I was talking about KH 3, not some side quest story.
I would care WAY more if Rygar for NES came out on the VC.
Good to know NOA couldn't care less for any games outside Wii Music and Wii [insert gimmick title here]. The next logical step would be to remove GC compatibility on a future console revision and mail more condoms for free.
I was going to buy the game on or close at launch anyway, so this just makes it sweeter for me. Now, if some retailer would actually guarantee this, I would preorder right away. There is no information about this deal anywhere, so I'll play the wait and see game.
One thing is for sure, KH3 will be developed primarily for either the PS3 or DS. PS3 due to BD (Disney is one of the strongest backers of BD), DS due to most of Disney's target audience (i.e. where Hanna Montana games end up).
Funny this comes from MS where they spend millions to "steal" some sort of exclusivity for the multiplatform games.
That's good and all, but too bad X360 controller is more suited for FPS games than DS3 will ever be. So this will be an X360 purchase for me, unless the PS3 version is waaay better than the X360 one.
Here I part with another $8.00. Thanks Nintendo for actually remembering you have a VC channel out there.
If I had A LOT MORE time in my hands, I would purchase this one in a heart beat. Ah well, only 42 titles to go on my backlog...
As long as Nintendo keeps making Twilight Princesses and Mario Galaxies they will be fine I think. The only critic I have for them is allowing shovel wares flooding the market. If they keep doing this, they will most likely follow Atari's sad history.
Team Ico is the third reason to own a PS3 (God of War III and MGS4 being reasons 1 and 2 respectively).
RE2 is the best RE game before RE4. If they just fixed the controls and updated the graphics for 480p 16:9 that would warrant a full price release.
I'm glad we didn't get that sorry excuse of European box art. This is way better and actually makes sense.
It's about time the Elite was $400, but $200 for Arcade is a little dubious to me. At least 1 thing I learned this generation was to hold off on any MS released stuff (not only a new version of Windows) for at least 2 years in its lifecycle.
If Bayonetta matches at least original Devil May Cry gameplay, I'm sold. (Who am I kidding, I am already sold by its credentials and EGM feature alone).
@pcgecko85: It's because of people like you that VC pretty much sucks right now. Why should there be any Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger in VC when they can resell it for a lot more in retail and some other platform (like DS)? Good going.
I would get Quest of Booty if I didn't check Sony EU's release list that listed a BD version of the game as well. Not sure if a BD release would ever make it to USA, but I am in no rush to get this right away.
Though this may look ridiculous, I actually applaud Namco for making something like this available. Time = money and there is no better example of it than paying with real money to level up in a RPG, basically saving hours from boring battles and backtracking the same environments. If I pay $120 for a 100 hour game, I…
Duke Nukem was the only FPS game that got me interested in a time when Doom, Wolfenstein, and Half Life did nothing for me. So we'll see how it turns out.
