If there is a legal warrant than it will be open to them. This pertains to law enforcement officials having back doors to snoop through your phone, and accounts attached to said phone, when they have you in custody, not even under arrest.

Anyone thinking they will pop the SIM card out of their 5, 5c, 5s and into the 6 or 6+. Think again. The SIM cards on the 6 and 6+ are smaller. They are not interchangeable.
