@LoganSix: Right, I see you point. But you don't go rubbing your fingers on your bathroom mirror now, do you? It has to be cleaned from everything else that you do, so finger smudges just increases the amount of times you have to clean it, and no one wants that.
I suppose not being touchscreen makes sense, since you'll be smudging the mirror. But now I raise the question: who wants an extra remote? Sure it can be controlled by an iPhone app but I (usually) don't bring my iPhone into my bathroom.
