We get a lot of our protein and calcium from other sources. A lot of times, we get more than enough vitamins and nutrients. Don't let the dairy companies brainwash how were supposed to eat. It's not even meant for us. It's meant for calves.

Whole milk? That is the worst. Milk is already bad to begin with, but there's no reason to go whole. If 1% is too watery for you, go with 2%. 2% is not cloudy at all, and it's much better than whole milk. Plus whole milk is much too rich anyway.

As far as bread goes, if it's moldy, it's going in the toaster. I think that should take care of it. Take off the visible mold, then toast. Problem solved.
