This is one of those races that shouldn’t have happened. Hyde-Smith was/is a disaster, and even Espy had his issues. Nobody paid any attention to the fact that Espy resigned during the Clinton administration as Secretary of Agriculture under pressure from the White House for accusations of accepting gifts during his

I’m also aware that a President can’t do much at all about what a company does; however, people on both sides persist in believing he can.

Unlike many others, I’ve never had any problem in giving credit where it’s due.  My issue is the fact that the VERY same people who defended Obama to the hilt made the same

At the risk of sounding like a jerk...I could care less about the human cost. No one made the developers choose to work for Ubisoft. I’ve never thought or cared about ‘the human cost’ of making a video game.

Have I wondered about it? Sure. It doesn’t exactly sour the entire game, however.  It’s their job to make

Stoked about the Hulu deal. In my case, I’ll gladly re-up.

For the last few years we’ve paid $25/month for Dish, 2 HD TVs, etc. (My wife can work some fantastic deals.) With that said, each one requires re-upping for a year or two contract, and we’re not fans of that.

We’ve had Amazon Prime for a while; and we have the

I have to be honest: AC:O is the very first game I’ve spent more than 100 hours on that DID NOT exhaust me. I mean, yes, there was/is a *TON* of stuff to do, and even though I’ve ‘beaten the game’ (the main storyline), I still have the Delian/Peloponnesian/etc. stuff to do, and a bunch of other things.

And I can’t wait

Meh.  This was in the works long before Trump took the Presidency.  Were Obama President, this would either be blamed on Bush, or we’d have paragraphs-long diatribes as to why it wasn’t really Obama’s fault.

I do the same thing, though I’m using Alexios. Am done with the ‘main’ game; am debating if I want to

a) just try to get everything, or
b) go ahead and restart with Kassandra, and THIS time take my sweet time and get all the stuff.

Ford never said they weren’t investing in EVs. They’ve specifically said that they’re adding EV versions of the F150, Transit and Mustang, and that’s just what I can remember off the top of my head.

With this said, they could have reiterated it at the time of their ‘car-cut’ press release to minimize stock drops.

That I’ll grant you; but they didn’t exactly give out *no* information. At the time of the press release they did state that they would be re-investing funding saved from cutting back on their car production cuts in their other vehicles (to include hybrid and plug-in hybrid).

With this said, Ford isn’t exactly getting

A month or two ago Ford pretty much did the same thing (except with damn near ALL cars), and everyone gave them crap and their stock tanked.

Now GM is following suit, and “Oh, they’re restructuring or preparing for a possible recession or becoming more ‘agile and lean’” or some such.

And before anyone says “Yeah but GM

Fun fact - Assassin’s Creed Origins is also on sale for $23.99, and DLC is like only $4 more.

Here’s a stupid question for anyone. Occasionally I’ll be climbing a mountain, a wall, anything, and for some really dumb reason, Alexios (or Kassandra) will suddenly just hippity-hop up the wall in extremely small movements for about 5 seconds or so.

This happening to anyone else?  It’s not the controller - a brand

I agree. It wasn’t just that it was forgettable. To me, the ENTIRE game consisted of essentially two locations: Mexico and the Peruvian jungle. The huge city (Paititi?) was essentially an extention of the Peruvian jungle.

At least ROTTR had inside/outside locations, Syria, Siberia, the land where Jacob’s people reside,

Heh...

I gotta agree.  I enjoyed the heck out of ROTTR; this feels like ROTTR:  Peruvian Vacation to me.

I didn’t miss fleet managers at all, though I could have included them, I suppose. I work on a military post with any # of military contractors, some of whom are fleet managers. Literally every single F150 or Silverado I see as part of a fleet (with the VERY occasional exception) are base V6's, because they pretty

That’s what I bought. 2013 F150 5.0. Towing a 30' camper, my truck dropped from the normal 18mpg I get (this is in the Ozarks, mind you, with tons of hills) to about 13.5. Not great, but considering it’s a normally aspirated V8 towing a THIRTY FREAKIN’ FOOT CAMPER I think it’s pretty dang good.

The Ecoboost has an

About the only people I can see this appealing to are those who want an alternative to a NA V6. The only other two groups *might* be environmentally conscious truck owners (and that’s an oxymoron if ever I heard one) or elderly people who want a truck that can do truck stuff but they don’t need all that power...again,

I have to be honest and say that I’d be VERY surprised if this is around in a few years, at least in its original form. The vast majority of truck buyers aren’t going to give this a second look.  About the only people I can think of are environmentally conscious truck owners and those who are elderly, don’t tow that

Yeah, that picture was ridiculous.  I’m about as conservative as one can be, and even I thought “Seriously?  You’re giving her sh*t about clothing?  Have you never been to Ross, or TJ Maxx, or Marshalls?”
