I use a safety razor. Variety packs are ok for figuring out what blades you like. Stay away from Shark and Dorco. I like Astra and Feather. I ususally but Asta 100 backs for about $10. Lasts me over a year,

They are pricey. I do have one and like it a lot. It trimed down my wallet immensely. I only keep 2 credit cards, DL, ATM card and AAA card in it. I get paid once a month, so I have gotten use to not having a lot of cash in the wallet and paying off my card at the end month, so I rarely carry more than few bills

I’ve done my fare share of fixing flats and reseating the bead while off roading. Most of the time, I just run by my local tire store that patches tires for free. Even had one where they had to pull the tire off and do an internal patch instead of pushing in the cord. Their new tire prices are competitive so I reward

Awesome, lets take up more veritcle space on screens that are already verticlely challenged.

And when you are driving slower than the flow of traffic, it’s on you to stay to the right or pick up the pace.

One of my biggest frustrations is with the Synaptic software on me HP Spectre. Works perfectly fine with software downloaded from HP. Windows 10 then updates it to the one Microsoft has and it gets buggy. Every few days I have to uninstall the update version and reinstall the HP version. I have turned off update

Still like my original Ipad plan from 2010.

Coffee Press works fine for me.

I just cook my Oatmeal on the stove. It only takes a few minutes. I’ve been chopping in bananas or adding raisins for decades. I also add a bit of cinnamon. I alternate between Oatmeal, Bulgar, Farina for cereal. I break up the monotony with eggs in all it forms, pancakes (german, patato and buttermilk).

Length of Credit history is what is holding me back. Many years ago I was in credit hell and behind on everything. As I paid things off, I canceled and cut the cards. For 10 years I paid cash for everything, managed to get an apartment with no credit, just showed I had a substantial savings.

I’m done with cable, TW can take a leap. Quite happy with my current Wisp.

I’ve always bought/acquired the software made to work with my car. When I owned a VW, I had Vagcom. Now that I own a Toyota, I have Techstream. They allow to tweak settings, run bidirectional tests on some parts, bleed abs brakes but they also allow you hose your car royally if you don’t know what you are doing too.

I leave my MotoXPlay Dual Sim in hotspot mode all day and connect everything to it for internet access and make calls. I have no problems making it home and do not need to charge it till I go to bed. If I don’t use hotspot I have no problems making it through the weekend without a charge. As far as I am concerned,

I really like Windows Phone. The 640XL is a great phone. Too bad App Devs never jumped in.

Some bands like Rush, Steven Wilson/P-tree, Spocks Beard, Riverside, Sylvan and few other bands I will buy even if I have not heard one song from it. Other local bands that I like, I will buy their CD too. You have to support the artists you like, streaming media doesn’t pay them crap.

I find I get better shaves doing a 4 pass shave, one pass in each direction, with a safety razor and double edge blades. 3+ blades cause more skin irritation for me.

Too soon to dust off the Squad Leader box?

Come on, haven’t we all known that locks only keep honest people out. Locks are like TSA, they only make us feel save, in reality they are a waste of money and time. I picked my first lock in middle school. That was before the internet. Learned how from a friend’s dad who was a cop.

Just find a local wine shop that offers wine tastings and go to a few. Buy what you like and ignore all the BS. Most people have a terrible pallet and just talk to hear themselves talk. The more tastings you go to the more you pick up and the more refined your pallet will become.

I have yet to find a car ecu that reports accurate mpg info..Even my 2015 Toyota reads 3-5MPG better than what I calculate. My TDI Jetta was horrible, the first half of the tank would say 60+ MPG and at the end 35MPG, I would calculate 42-45mpg per tank consistently over the life of the car. To be fair I can’t blame
