Yes,  but i chose not to for a while because I enjoy the encounters from Raiders, Bounty hunters and triggered events, but riding now is such a hassle because you tap tap tap tap tap tap A to speed or keep riding.  Its tiring after awhile.

If blizzard only know what they have, Overwatch can become a cash cow for every character in a single player story. Even if they just group 4 characters into one game, and then others on the next.  Id buy this game.  I prefer story mode over online play nowadays.  IM burnt out of online shooters.
