As a los Angelino, this city isn't as great really and traffic is ridiculous so the 4 or 5 cars on gta5 is heaven compared to real life. I'm sure a Portland gta will be fun. less places to make means more mini games to do. I miss taxi cab missions or bus missions that wasn't added on gta5
