I’m not sure what you mean. Presumably the two necessary parties here would be (1) the prosecutor and (2) Constand (and her lawyer).

I’m on the civil side of things, but in my world pretty much any party in the case can attend any deposition if they want to. It’s possible things are different in the criminal context, but Cosby’s lawyers will almost certainly want to— and get to— depose Constand if she’s a fact witness. Having them present means…

I think Bill Cosby is almost certainly guilty of everything these women claim, but this is not even remotely suspicious or underhanded. It would be borderline malpractice for his lawyer not to attend.

One of the warrants they were serving was on the guy that lived there for a domestic violence assault charge she filed against him. I’m not sure that “just don’t serve warrants, then” is a reasonable takeaway from this scenario, even given how little we currently know.

Your post conflates the “Baltimore Police” and “Baltimore County Police”. They are separate municipalities, with separate police departments. And Randallstown is in the county, not city.
