It has a 93 on Metacritic, his dislike of the game didn’t really destroy the score.

It has to do with fanboys because it’s the fanboys that are jumping down this guy’s throat. Anyone can love the game and let a guy who hated it have his opinion without threatening him. One critic isn’t going to bring down the game’s meta score significantly.
