“Feels like this could get old awfully fast” is basically the tag line for most AI stuff. Like sure, you CAN talk to the AI in ChatGPT, but must people are just gonna go "okay can you please fix my resume/speech/homework assignment?" and close the window when they're done. Ditto for the people making AI art or doing

Wow, that’s actually the name of an app?  That’s the most clumsy, awkward, confusing name I’ve ever seen.  Thanks.

If I was inventing a thing that needed a voice, and the person who had that voice turned down my offer to pay her...I would then use a voice that sounded NOTHING like the person who turned me down. But that’s me, I don’t like to get sued.

They’ve been ramping up her competency a lot over the last couple of seasons, but not too much that she loses what makes her funny.

This is what my wife said when I bought the KITT from Knight Rider car GPS voice. I would divorce you as well if I could.

“Lisa AI: ‘90s Yearbook & Avatar” was the first app that ScarJo sued

My wife just basically got pushed out of her job by an insecure dipshit narcissist principal, and the superintendent was a clueless moron whose sole duty seemed to be dreaming up bullshit workplace health initiatives. This is a place that won a “best place to work” award.

I thought Gregory and Olivia had much better chemistry than Gregory and Janine, but man, there’s no fighting the unstoppable force that is Hollywood will they/won’t they narrative cliche.

My wife couldn’t watch Abbott for the longest time because she’s an elementary school librarian and Ava reminded her too much of her principal. Every episode, she keeps saying, “Yep. Yep. That’s true. Yep.” at all of the stupidity and idiocy that happens at the fictional school.

I post this every time there is something about Abbot Elementary. The principal is so realistically portrayed it gets hard to watch some time. So much like a recent principal I have worked for.

I’m in favor of keeping the sublimated chemistry going on but stopping returning to the well of teasing things advancing only to pull back. Long-term work crushes are real, but it could be a hell of a lot less soapy.

YES!!!! Mellisa and Jacob becoming roommates was way more interesting than the will-they-won’t-they very forced plot.

Love Is Blind, which continues to present itself as an “experiment”

I love Abbott, I love Gregory and I love Janine, but I’m a little played out on the Gregory-Janine will they/won’t they. For me, the strength of the show is in the ensemble and how they all play so differently with the challenges of the setting.

I feel like ceding control of so much of the world to deeply weird, sci fi-addled nerds *might* have been a mistake.

I used to think that these kids got bullied too much in school, but more and more I’m of the believe they didn’t get bullied enough

Yeah, it didn’t watch till the end, but.

You can at least argue that the people behind the Bachelor franchise mean well, but some of these shows seem to be specifically designed to torture people.

“We got a sayin’ down in Texas — ‘be a mensch, not a shmendrik’” is one of my all-time favourite line deliveries from Jay’s girlfriend Alice.

So none of these depressed, heavily medicated, and desperate fame whores are going to take accountability for their actions...
