I hadn’t heard the premise of this movie, but now I kind of want to see it and drink each time someone says mop on screen.

I was thinking the same thing when I heard this was being made into a movie. The guy’s story is a soft spot for me as a 2nd generation Mexican-American, but more as a huge fan of Jachiros (as they’re called in Mexican convenience stores).

I would not have noticed that. At the same time, when I read the synopsis (no, I didn’t know the story before this), I became curious how a movie like this could be made in the U.S., especially since it’s so recent.

Because something seems like a red flag to you doesn’t mean it isn’t a turn on to other people. I’d explain, but it doesn’t seem like you’re genuinely curious about why this would turn someone on.

I saw him perform in 2015. There were a few times that audience was so disturbed and I was the only one laughing out loud. Or maybe I just was self-conscious. He was speaking as the devil with a voice modulator and dark music blaring loudly. Too funny.

Wow that’s a good catch. This is exactly why I read these comments; watching this I totally noticed those songs and scenes going together, but really only subconsciously.

She was excellent in that scene where she’s totally distracted by the bartender as Holden’s thanking her for listening to him!
