i guess to be objective this should have done on whole yogurt without added flavors. most added flavors are basically sugar plus colorant, you can compare the amount of added sugars of any brand of no flavored and flavored ones.

apple jam (membrillo) is wonderful with blue cheese and nuts. it is so cheap to prepare during early fall!

i made them, put them in half pint containers and freeze them once they have set. as i use far less sugar, they will spoil fast. i would not keep them open for more than a week or two. sugar helps to preserve but for me kills all flavour.
