It all boils down to reality. Some people live in reality, others get caught up in causes so absolutely they cease to view the world as it really is, instead they view it through the lens of whatever they believe to be THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE FUCKING WORLD.

It's gradual. You start to have a bit of a sinking feeling in the back of your stomach once you get one or two episodes that pretty laugh free. But still worth it because then a great episode appears and it's all the better for being the diamond in the rough.

Well you're barely out of diapers. Most of the jewish jokes in the mid 90's (before South Park) stemmed from the dumbass teachers constantly reminding the other kids that Jeremy or Jeffrey won't be making a Santa out of construction paper because his family only reads from the Old Testament.
