@SmartAspen: The downshift precedes the exit and gets your rpm's into the correct range so that you can have a proper exit from the corner.
On the racetrack...proper "heel toe downshifs" to perfect the exit of any turn.

I'm sure it has been said, but if not the "Smartuki" is by far the only micro-car that I would even consider. Pretty sweet for a people mover!
@Kaiser-Machead v.2.1.1: I thought the same sing at first but if you read a little deeper, I think it is somewhat meant as a "course of life" that would be taught at a young age. That way it would be instilled on us and we wouldn't turn into angsty bimmer drivers once we've bought our first M3.
