I think the best dragon is Arokh from Drakan 1. He’s clever, a bit rude but can be nice at times and even has one-liners. The best dragon game I’ve ever played.

Black Dragon Kalameet has a great encounter as a bonus cherry on what is already arguably the best DLC for a game. Just don’t forget to ground him or it’s insta death from above. Honorable mention to the Gaping Dragon, Syf the Scaleless and Crossbreed Priscilla (Thanks for the sword, but f*** you bridge wyvern).

Oh yeah, if this is anything like Transformers Devastation I am all in.
