The Ikea nearest to me is arranged such that their cafe is right by the loading zone. I’m extremely skeptical that THAT guy was able to crawl over the rear seats. Also quite likely that there was a kid or at least a child seat in the back, so putting the seats down isn’t just a matter of pressing a button. He’d have to (LOL) open the doors to unlatch the child seat at a minimum.
