They want to see the great games they once played with prettier graphics, running better and maybe updated gameplay mechanics.

But, rules and regulations do change in sports. Baseball just added a review process similar to Football play reviews. Rules also change to protect the safety of players. This can be considered the real life version of patching.
The difference is that every poker tournament I've ever watched mostly involves portly dudes in shades fondling their chips and glaring at each other, whilst most gaming tournaments involve folks who are at least actively clicking.
They're more or less the same thing, in my mind (I love me some Texas Hold 'Em in…
Just saying, poker requires constant attention and foreknowledge of tactics, it's an incredibly skill-based and competitive game.
E-sports are skill-based challenges that rely heavily on reflex and physical dexterity. You can certainly make the argument that those aren't sports, but then you'd have to say the same about games like golf, air rifle shooting, bowling, etc. Otherwise the definition is inconsistent.
I feel like you just told my story. I was totally addicted to 360 achievements like 3 years ago. Then I started slowly getting into PC gaming because of the great deals on Steam and when Portal 2 came along.. PC was my life. Consoles just don't compare to a game like that on PC. The amount of community levels make…
I'm more upset that it will also be coming to 360 than I am about the timed exclusivity. How are we going to embrace the next generation if we're holding games back to release them on older systems?
Seriously, this "Exclusive" shit has to end.
Reactions, totally understandable.
As a Tomb Raider fan who has played every single Tomb Raider game since the start, I concur. It might be a win for Microsoft but this news just made me hate Microsoft and XBOX.
Great win for Microsoft; great loss for gamers.
It's the opposite for me, LoL comps are great to me, but Dota 2 matches are boring. Weird. I wanna know why the opinions are so deviated.
I think League has changed a lot since you've last played. Not only is Riot taking major steps to balance the game (to make sure that the meta is always changing), but their character designs are getting better (have you seen Jinx? Very much different than any other female champ). In fact, comparing League to Dota 2,…
Backwards compatibility is actually a factor me. I was mildly surprised neither MS nor Sony implemented it, considering how huge those libraries are.
Maybe you play online League of Legends. Maybe you suck. And maybe you wish there was a way to get better. Well, in…
I'll wait for it to be on a Steam Sale.
hey I love dota but that map is really busy, you can get lost in there, im liking LoLs new map to be honest.
This is, BY FAR, my favorite Dragonball Z video game. The sprites had character, the story branched (allowing you to play movie scenarios), the roster was HUGE. Most of all, the music was EXACTLY what expect from a game based on Dragonball Z.
It's funny that a little studio like this would be providing the game that makes me consider a PS4....
Man this game is how I always imagined a great Star Fox game would be, well not exactly like this, this sounds even better.
